Wonderful location, clean and good stay!
Pros:

Great location, plenty of food choices all within walking vicinity, literally steps outside the alley.

It’s very clean, we enjoyed the balcony and the floors with our barefoot, very comfortable. The room very nicely bathed with sunlight profiting from its large windows

Cons:

It would have been nice to have some bedside tables/ or stands or even just some small shelves.

There are however good hanging bars for clothing, so that was good.

Pros:

L'emplacement est parfait
La chambre est spacieuse et confortable avec de très bons matelas.
Il y a une grande télé avec même des chaines françaises, très pratique.
La salle de bain est aussi très grande et agréable.
L'arrivée est simple, nous avons pu laisser nos bagages avant le check in.

Cons:

Le manque de rangement pour mettre ses affaires
Laisser ses chaussures au rez-de-chaussée n'est pas très pratique (même si on nous prête des sortes de chaussons d'intérieur), nous aurions préféré laisser nos chaussures devant notre porte
L'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur est assez faible donc le week-end c'est un peu bruyant.

爬到五樓真的是累人，而且一樓往上的第一段樓梯距離牆面很近很窄，手拿行李肩膀很容易撞到牆面

臨近海安路，有方便的地下停車場，晚上微醺後走路就可以好好休息，隔天的早午餐附近水仙宮吃爆。
房間清潔又乾淨，簡單的擺設卻呈現了溫馨感🥰，
冷冷的天氣，熱水沒有在客氣的充足，房間內的光線的錯落感，增添了老宅的美感，優質的住宿環境，讓旅程增加了美好回憶。

以方便性來考量的話，這裡會是很好的選擇

絕佳的地理位置，位於美食戰區的中心點，附近還有Ubike方便租借，到哪都方便，小露台也加分不少, chill chill的

放東西的地方稍嫌不足，個人覺得床有點太軟，不過這因人而異

Schön aber simpel
Pros:

Die Lage ist optimal, direkt bei den Restaurants und Streetfood. Die Einrichtung ist simpel aber stylisch und alles war sauber. Die Dusche ist sehr angenehm und alles sehr geräumig. Der Eingangsbereich im Erdgeschoss ist hübsch eingerichtet. Der selbst Check-in und Check-out war sehr unkompliziert.

Cons:

In unserem Bett waren kleine Ameisen, außerdem sollte man bedenken, dass man ziemlich viele Treppen laufen muss, wenn man eines der oberen Stockwerke bucht, mit Koffer ist das schon doll. Unsere Klimaanlage hat sich außerdem in der Nacht abgeschaltet.
