This was the first time I had stayed at this lovely hotel and hopefully I'll stay there again.
Pros:

This small family owned hotel exceeded my expectations I couldn't believe it when my room actually looked better than it did on the property's website photos if I said that the property was pristine it would be an understatement. The foyer to the hotel is a modern laundromat but don't let that put you off because once you walk through the doorway at the back of the laundromat you'll be pleasantly surprised by the modern communal kitchen and the fact they have a fabulous coffee making machine and provide the milk for it is a bonus. The family are very friendly and incredibly helpful they take great care tending to the guest rooms by replacing towels and changing the bedding every other day. The KLA B&B don't provide breakfast but there is a fabulous breakfast shop and 7 Eleven nearby. The location in Yangcheng district is fantastic because it's within walking distance to the train station, major tourist attractions, the harbour, Pier 2 and the docks.

Cons:

There was nothing I disliked about this excellent family owned hotel.

浴室蠻乾淨的
有提供盥洗用品
公共區域還有提供簡易沖泡飲品
甚至能加牛奶變奶茶（牛奶不要單喝喔）
整體性價比非常超值

Pros:

第二次來住了，房間還是非常乾淨，床很大很好睡，一點也不會擠超讚👍 離捷運站、輕軌都很近，老闆娘人也很好
浴室因為六床共用一間要等待輪流使用，但還是瑕不掩瑜👍

物超所值非常棒
Pros:

老版人非常好
房間很大，也是我住過最乾淨的，自己帶的毛巾都沒有使用到
房間內有空氣清淨機，電視可以看MOD和Youtube.Netflix
吹風機是日本品牌，風量非常大超讚
地點非常優，用走的就可以吃到米其林餐盤的鴨肉珍
距離捷運跟輕軌都沒有很遠，走一小段路就到了
路口有7-11非常方便

Cons:

枕頭躺久後頸處沒有支撐(可能是太軟?)
睡一覺起來差點落枕
但床很好睡
