Bonito, comodo, muy buena atención, buen precio y excelente ubicación
Pros:

Muy buena ubicación, fácil para llegar y salir hacia el centro de la ciudad, el lugar es muy agradable y tranquilo, la atención por parte del host fue excelente, se agradece que el cuarto tenga todo lo que se necesita para estar comodo unos días.

Cons:

Sólo una noche un regulador de corriente estuvo haciendo ruido cada que se activaba el frigobar, no sé si sea por el consumo en general o algún defecto con el frigobar pero las demás noches no hubo ningún problema, todo bien.

Pudimos dejar mas tiempo las maletas por un precio 200 por 4 horas

Cons:

El servicio de limpieza costaba extra al precio asi que nunca tuvimos limpieza
Los taxis no suben , la subida es larga y pesada para gente que no camina y mas con maletas
Agua fria ya que no tenia gas en la casa , esto solo paso un dia
No tiene microondas
Las paredes son de papel ... puedes oír si uno de los otros cuartos va al baño
La basura la sacas tu al contenedor que esta a una cuadra de bajada
Pide mil pesos en efectivo como garantía
Revisa todo hasta el baño antes de irte , lo cual se me hizo de muy mal gusto
Tiene adornos en el cuarto y hasta ropa con precio lo cual se me hizo extraño pero igual hay una regla de que si rompes algo lo pagas con algo igual lo repones


Tener cuidado de selección de personas en booking ya que cobra extra y no creo sea falla de la aplicacion

Al final pague 500 mas de los mil que me pidió de deposito , por ese error del sistema y cuidar maletas, mejor me hubiera ido a otro hotel mas cercano

Sugiero tomar un hotel con desayuno incluido

Pros:

La anfitriona fue una persona super amable, me gustó mucho que podía preguntarle cosas sobre el transporte a otros lados de la ciudad y me proporcionaba la información, el lugar se sentía muy amigable y hogareño, y no faltan negocios al rededor para comprar lo necesario, será mi primera opción de hospedaje para la próxima vez que vuela a la ciudad

Cons:

No existe queja alguna del lugar, eso sí, está un poco difícil llegar del centro al hotel, y subir un poco por la calle, pero es lo único malo

また泊まりたいです。
Pros:

少し街から離れた所に有り夜は静かです、でも歩いて行ける距離なので便利でした。
オーナーも親切で一定の距離を保ってくれるので過ごしやすかったです。

Cons:

坂の上にあり、荷物を持って行くのが少し体力がいります、部屋か共用部に冷蔵庫やケトルが欲しかった。

Pros:

The room I got was big. The bed was clean and comfortable. Wifi worked. The owner provided a map of Guanajuato and gave good advice regarding buses. She was also very nice and woke up 5 AM to get me a Taxi to the airport on the day I left. The place is a short walk from the historical center. However it is not in the historical center. This could be good or bad thing based on your taste. The historical center is more beautiful and has the attractions, but it is very crowded, so you may prefer staying a 10 minute walk away.

Cons:

The shower according to a sign posted in the bathroom, works on solar power. I was there in winter and it took a very long time for the hot water to arrive. And then it was barely warm. So the shower experience was not good. Also, this place is not a "hostel" but rather an "air bnb" in someone's house. It is not better or worse but a matter of personal taste. Usually when you book on booking.com, if it is a private residence, the listing says "managed by a private host". This was not the case. You should read every little note before you book, because it is one of those places you cannot cancel once you have booked.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

Having to pay 1500mxn breakage deposit. Far too many house rules The electrical wiring is terrible at the point of being dangerous. A long way from Centro and very steep to get to. Generally quite shabby and run down and overpriced.There are better options for the price.

Wonderful 10 days in a wonderful place!
Pros:

Great location, close to everything but just one street further so it was also mostly quiet, even during the festival.
Stunning and secure area, great apartment with everything you need to cook, a comfy bed, nice and cool at night, lovely balcony to chill on in the day.
Dona was lovely to interact with, friendly and helpful, as were her neighbours!
Great veg shop, local restaurants and takeaways just round the corner.
Highly recommended!

Quiet, safe and beautiful place.
Pros:

Great location a short walk to historic center. Our suite was lovely with attention to small details. Bed and pillows super comfy. Huge shower. Everything worked in the room - lamps, fan etc. Drinking water available. Pretty garden/courtyard. Very quiet area and secure.

Cons:

Something to clean dishes with would have been useful. Requiring a large security deposit meant we had a large amount of cash upon leaving which could be a problem if you were leaving Mexico very soon after checkout.
