My mistake really I booked at very short notice when there was scant availability in Chiangmai

Homely and comfortable
Pros:

Walkable distance to 7-11, Big C, night market, coffee and massage places. Friendly check in. No frills place for a homely feels. I like that they are dog friendly. Overall, comfortable and I had a good rest. Definitely love the quirky cat painting on the wall.

Cons:

The location does need me to walk through a quiet street. As a solo traveller, this means I rather be back early.

Pros:

Friendly staff, nice location, gave us privacy. Room was comfortable and had a kitchen area which was nice. Lovely little complex to chill on with the koi pond. Would definitely stay again. They even allowed us to buy a koi for the pond :)

Staff was super nice and accommodating. I had to print something for my flight and book a cab. They did both for me. I only stayed for one night but good experience overall.
