Piękny dom z wielkim wygodnym tarasem, cudowni gospodarze,
Pros:

Gospodarze są przemili. Zawsze służyli pomocą i uśmiechem. Dom jest piękny i pachnie czystością. Na powitanie czekało na nas pyszne, domowe ciasto i butelka wody w lodówce. W tym domu czuję się jak u siebie 😀😀

Beautiful room and terrace, no restaurant or coffee shop in house
Pros:

The villa is beautiful, with huge terrace with shaded area and comfortable bed. Nice decorations. It is about 25-30 min walk to the nice beach of sayonara. The owners were kind and welcomed us with the most delicious lemon cake we have ever tested.

Cons:

The contract with the property was very difficult as they do not speak a word English and we don’t speak Italian. We tried with google translate but the translation from Italian was weird. In booking is written that there is a restaurant in house and a coffee shop. There were even pictures of the food. That is why we chose this a bit isolated place expecting to be able to order breakfast and coffee on the pool. Unfortunately this was not the case. There was only a coffee machine in the room and a fridge. There is kitchen downstairs but it is written to not disturb the owners. We felt uncomfortable to ask them for some cutleries and to warm us the milk for the coffee in the morning. They were still very kind to help. The advertisement in booking has to be adjusted to not create wrong expectations.

Exceptional
Pros:

Angela and Francesco are very nice and friendly people. Even they do not speak fluent english they tried to do maximum using translator to tell us anything important, gave us usefull tips what to see and visit. An accommodation has a very nice interior with an outdour seating on a nice large terase with beautiful surrounding view. Quite place to spent holiday with approx. 1 km walking distance to sea sand beach in Fontane Bianche.

Excellent, home-like place and wonderful people!
Pros:

It really feels like I stayed with my family. Angela and Francesco are exceptional hosts! First of all, their wonderful house is very well located - away from noisy, car-full streets. You get a spacious room and a huge terrace from which you can enjoy beautiful sunsets. It's a stunning place surrounded by lemon and olive trees. It only takes about 15 min on foot to get to the beach. Francesco was very kind and offered me their bike (I did not come by car), so I also had an opportunity to explore Noto and Avola. On my day of arrival, Angela prepared me a homemade lemon cake and left some fresh fruits in my room (it truly left me speechless!). I also had a chance to taste her delicious lemon and almond granita - needless to say, this was an absolutely exceptional stay and an opportunity to explore Sicily as a local. On my day of departure, Angela gave me a lift to Siracusa, and I definitely felt a bit emotional on that day, leaving this incredible family. If you are looking for a local gem (non-commercial type of a place), this home is for you :)
