Pros:

It was clean.

Cons:

The staff was not there when we arrived and the door was locked. We arrived within the check-in hours and were very concerned that no one was there. I had to go through old emails to find the phone number for the hotel and when I called there was no answer. I messaged the hotel through the booking.com app and about 20 minutes later a woman on a scooter showed up to take payment and give us a key. Then she left and told us to leave the key on the counter when we checked out. The customer service was very poor.

Excellent place to stay, but look for food somewhere else.
Cons:

The breakfast is not good. Only rice, noodles, and toast. No proteins, no vegetables, no fruits.

very clean and new inside, affordable hotel and kind host
Pros:

newly renovated interior, everything is clean and new inside, few steps away from 7/11 so you can buy food/drinks anytime, slippers are required to wear upon entering which is good to maintain the cleanliness inside, ref and hot water/cups provided at the 1st floor, there are freebies also as souvenirs, the hotel arranged for our ferry tickets and motorcycles, the lady host gave us banana when we arrived..thumbs up for this hotel!👍

Cons:

the toilet door height bit low almost bumping the head of my son(small toilet and room) but expectable because of its low price and compact built design, only shampoo/towels/hair dryer were provided so please bring soap/toothbrush/toothpaste, we only see the host in our 1st day, when we were about to leave on the 3rd day I Lined her that we left the key in her table and she came. But we had a very nice stay.
