這間野整體表現相當不錯。二人入住房間空間寬敞、加大床鋪舒適且插座充足，單純只想住宿很加分。近花蓮火車站機能。地點搭市區小巴25元就可以到七星潭，巴士接駁花蓮景點很方便，是一日遊CP值不錯的住宿選擇。

整間民宿的整潔度有很大的進步空間。浴室黴味很重，馬桶、洗臉台、水龍頭都沒被好好清洗。房裡充斥著汗味。商家提供的照片和實際有明顯的落差。

Pros:

離火車站近，市區買吃的很方便，這是唯一優點。

Cons:

1樓接待區堆滿雜物，拖鞋破舊，桶裝飲水機只有1樓有，而且看起來很髒，樓梯到處充滿灰塵，浴廁老舊，沐浴乳洗髮精沒補足，也不知道要找誰補充，房內連礦泉水都沒有，隔壁沒舖的床墊老舊長黴，住宿體驗最差的一次。
