Pros:

Bardzo przytulne miejsce. Apartament mały, ale niczego w nim nie brakowało. Wyposażony we wszystkie potrzebne sprzęty. Czyściutko. Piękne otoczenie. Zadaszone miejsce na grilla, dużo przestrzeni do spacerowania i towarzystwo różnych zwierząt. Naprawdę dobre miejsce na odpoczynek w ciszy.

Cons:

Apartament nie jest za duży. Na poddaszu w upalne dni było nieco duszno.

Studentikoos verblijf met bar in landelijke omgeving van N-O Tjechie
Pros:

De ligging is prachtig er is veel groen en er zijn diertjes (kippen, walibi's, etc)
Het appartement dat wij hadden (nummer 3) is ruim en telt 2 kamers/keuken/eetgedeelte; nummer 2 deelt een gemeenschappelijke gang met nummer 1 en is tweepersoonskamer met keukenlijntje en eettafel/badkamer etc
In ons appt stond een aardig mini-flesje wijn op de tafel als welkomstdrankje
Ondanks dat er officieel geen wasmachine is voor de gasten, was de gastheer bereid om voor ons een wasje te draaien

Cons:

Parkeerterrein ligt onder het appt, je moet met je bagage een metalen buitentrap op
De uitrusting van het appt is vrij basic en enigszins chaotisch (bijv wel een magnetron, maar geen koffie(zet)apparaat - je moet het doen met een verkalkte waterkoker, de matrassen zijn hard/stug, in slaapkamer alleen een felle plafoniere, geen nachtlampjes, horren in slaapkamers maar niet in de keuken (onhandig in wespenseizoen..).
Er was geen airco in appt 3 (ook geen ventilator) wel een airco in appt 1 (maar deze ging snachts automatisch uit ondanks de hitte).
Verder is het appt gehorig - de eigenaar heeft een bar/mancave onder appt 3 gemaakt waar sommige gasten als ook hijzelf samen met vrienden (ondanks stiltegebod 21-7 uur) vaak tot diep in de nacht luidruchtig drinken en vervolgens vrolijk langs je slaapkamerraam lopen - hierdoor 3 van de 6 nachten slecht geslapen
In schril contrast met de gastvrije volksaard in deze regio van Tsjechie (die wij wel in de andere verblijven/restaurants etc hebben mogen ervaren en ook gewend zijn), was er vrijwel geen interactie (mogelijk) met de eigenaar. Dit terwijl wij de taal spreken, zijn woonhuis zich naast het kleinschalige appt complex bevindt en hij regelmatig op het terrein rondliep; hij nam geen moeite om een welkomstpraatje te maken, ons met bagage te helpen of een korte rondleiding te geven: de sleutel zat in de deur van ons appt, we vonden er een uitgebreide lijst aan huisregels en we moesten ons paspoortnummer zelf invullen. Kortom: het appt heeft veel potentie maar moet dan wel op de juiste manier worden aangewend; de bar vinden wij in deze idyllische omgeving een dissonant

Hezká zahrada a zázemí pro děti, houpačky, zvířátka. Čisté nové vybavení apartmánu.

Cons:

Ve vybavení pokoje chyběla pohovka. Společný čas se dal trávit na dřevěné lavici (bez podsedaků) nebo v posteli, což bylo nepohodlné.

A hidden gem
Pros:

A nice and clean apartment in an idyllic location. We liked the surroundings the most - a children's playground, a small pool, and enclosures with kangaroos, alpacas, and other animals. Great accommodation, especially for families with children.
