Pros:

Naprosto úžasné místo. Apartmán čistý, velmi prostorný. Postele pohodlné, kuchyň plně vybavená. Nebylo nic, co by nám chybělo. Paní majitelka velmi příjemná a vstřícná 😀 Obrovskou výhodou je market, který se nachází hned vedle. Je malý, ale není snad nic, co by zde člověk nekoupil (včetně drogerie, drobného elektra, doplňků do domácnosti), je otevřený denně do pozdních hodin. Až se na Gozo vrátíme, je ubytování jasná volba. Rozhodně doporučujeme.

Bardzo wygodne łóżka i każdy miał swoją łazienkę. Dodatkowo było blisko wszędzie i z parkowaniem auta w zasadzie nie było problemu.

В апартаментах есть все необходимое пря проживания и приготовления еды, все было очень чисто . Апартаменты в одной минут
Pros:

Прекрасные апартаменты , отлично подходит для компании, гостиная и две спальни ( в каждой спальне есть туалет и душ и в гостиной тоже . Это очень комфортно для компании .

Cons:

Горячая вода была только в одном душе . Может быть потому что мы арендовали апартаменты на сутки .

Disappointed
Pros:

About properly nothing, about Gozo island everything.

Cons:

Uncomfortable beds with very poor pilowes.Maintenance issue(shower head not in properly funcion, main entrance door of the flat is hard to open, same goes with balcony door,no Ac in sitting room ,only black out curtains in sitting room(giving uncomfortable felling),kitchen door broken, not enough rubbish bins in bathrooms, no heardryer and iron, too old used towels.
Interested that rooftop can be use between 8am till 10 am and evenings from 18h till 23h ,during summer time I understand, but now days timing should be changed.

Pros:

Excellent location. Close to bars and restaurants. Also the mini-market is under the apartments. The apartment was clean and tidy . Appliances were modern and easy to use. Lovely views from the balcony.

Cons:

The elevator was out of action. It appears to have been damaged and out of order for over a month due to flooding . Our apartment was on the 4th floor. My wife and I are old age pensioners with knee & hip issues and found it to be a real painful struggle to go up 85 steps each time to reach our apartment. I feel that there was a misrepresentation of the description of this apartment on this issue. Management was bound to advise that the elevator was temporarily out of action in its advert.. We would have booked elsewhere had we known that there was an issue with the elevator. Management advised accordingly and said that lift contractor had failed his obligations to repair . Again , this is no concern to us. Our stay at Arzella as a result was little disappointing as we had planned a relaxing peaceful vacation and not dealing with mobility problems within the apartment block.

Würden wieder kommen! Sehr gute Wahl
Pros:

Sehr geräumig und sehr sauber. Schöne Wohnung. Haben uns wohl gefühlt. Alles vorhanden was man braucht. Host hat sich um Babybett und Hochstuhl gekümmert und schnell besorgt.
