Pros:

Ontzettend aardige dames en een goed ontvangst. Breakfast uitstekend. Genoeg dikke dekens voor een koude nacht.

Cons:

De kamer was klein en bedompt. De ruimte was erg vochtig. De douche had geen warm water. Wel goed om de brandveiligheid nog eens te checken.

Pros:

We had a wonderful stay here with Ara as our host. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and always available if we needed anything. He even took us on a city tour and explained many interesting things about the area, which made the experience even more special.
The place itself is very nice and cozy, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. We especially appreciated the delicious breakfast in the morning.
What really made our stay unforgettable, though, was the genuine kindness and hospitality we received. We truly felt welcomed and taken care of.
Highly recommended!

Tegenvallend ivm de lokatie, de buitenruimte en afstand tot het centrum.
Pros:

Leuke host en grappig huisje.

Cons:

De lokatie, tussen betonnen muren in een ghetto. Het wood principe is zover doorgevoerd dat buiten zitten op houten palen moet. Niet comfortabel, een paar normale stoelen zou een grote verbetering zijn. Het zogenaamde uitzicht kan alleen als je een raar smal trappetje opgaat naar een ongebruikt zoldertje waar een normaal mens niet kan staan. Dan het zogenaamde terras op om over de betonnen muur te kunnen kijken naar…… het ghetto met daar ver achter wat groen en de bergen. Chapeau voor de fotograaf👏

Really lovely guesthouse we would recommend anyone staying in for a great experience
Pros:

Really cosy cabin style room a short walk into the centre of town. Both the owner and his mother were so welcoming, breakfast and dinner was delicious. We even were recommended and booked onto a tuk tuk tour which was 10/10.

Pros:

Wir wurden sehr warmherzig mit einem leckeren Tee und Kecksen empfangen. Unser Zimmer war mit allem nötigen ausgestattet. Es gab ein geräumiges Bad mit einer heißen Dusche und für die kälteren Temperaturen zur Nacht waren ausreichend Decken im Bett zur Verfügung. Am nächsten Morgen mussten wir sehr früh abreisen und bekamen ein sehr leckeres und ausgiebiges Frühstück to go.

Cons:

Die Entfernung zum Zentrum ist eventuell etwas zu weit.

Après 7 jours au Sri lanka, meilleure expérience en termes de qualité prix. Très propre, accueillant, proche des cultures de legume, jolie vue. Cabane très qualitative. Pour finir, excellent dîner et petit déjeuner

Amazing Experience!
Pros:

Our stay at 2020 was absolutely perfect. The location is great, and the room is really cool, cozy, and comfortable.

What made the experience even more special was the staff. Araa was incredibly kind, always available, and went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. He took us on a tour of the tea factories and waterfalls, which was such a beautiful experience. On the same day, we had the best cooking class ever with his mom — she is such a wonderful and kind woman, and the food was absolutely delicious.

Honestly, everything was amazing. I truly recommend this place it made our stay in Nuwara Eliya very special and unforgettable.

Pros:

The hospitality was next level! We ordered dinner easily through WhatsApp and were invited into the home to eat. We got the chicken curry for dinner and the portion sizes were huge and absolutely delicious. Also organised our taxi to Ambewela in the morning for the train to Ella which was so helpful. The room itself was spacious with water, tea, coffee and hot water on offer, plus you can see lovers leap from the window. 10/10

Pros:

We only stayed 1 night but could have stayed longer! The property is really close to a small waterfall trail, lovers leap which was really quiet and really worth doing. We had breakfast provided and also opted to have dinner which was really tasty. The host also drove us to the train station so (same rate as PickMe) so we could get the famous train to Ella. Highly recommend!

De locatie. Bleek aan de rand van het stadje te zijn vlakbij een erg bedrijvige straat vol ongure types. Verder geen last van in de accomodatie.
