Beautiful building with some potential
Pros:

Beautiful building, very nice furniture, very green oasis in the middle of the city

Cons:

There was no information or tour of the house provided, there are no windows only shutters, which means we had lots of mosquitoes and some cockroaches in the room which was uncomfortable

is beautiful, very clean and offers all the comforts you need. There are many trees around and you really feel like you are surrounded by nature, which makes the stay very relaxing. The pool is the perfect addition to the relaxed vibe. The staff is kind, friendly and always ready to help. The owner is very welcoming and clearly cares about the guests and their experience. Overall an excellent stay and would recommend
Pros:

Very beautiful colonial bungalow in a lush garden, staff were excellent, all smiles and accommodating. Room was clean, spacious and the bathroom was beautiful.

Cons:

Only gripe was the hot water ran out fast by the time we wanted to fill up the bathtub, so we couldn’t soak in it like we wanted to. Location was not too far from the Kandy centre but can get some heavy traffic in the afternoon.

Prachtig huis met lief personeel

Het personeel is erg vriendelijk en wil je met alles helpen. Het huis is ook prachtig met een fijn zwembad.

Wel zit je aan een drukke weg en zijn leuke restaurants wat verder weg, maar het eten in de Boutique is wel erg lekker

Als Familie mit zwei Jugendlichen hatten wir die Unterkunft in einem extra Gebäude. Es war super eingerichtet, bot viel Platz und bot einen tollen Blick. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht unsere Wünsche umzusetzen.

An oasis amongst the hustle and bustle of Kandy

We had a lovely stay in this period residence. It’s a busy area (like all of Kandy), but you walk through the gates and it’s very peaceful. The staff were so friendly and eager to help. Highly recommended

Pros:

Мы провели тут одну ночь в номере 5 в самом главном здании. Очень понравились девушки, которые нас встретили и разместили, они были очень гостеприимны. В номере был очень удобный матрас, а также отличный душ с горячей водой. Завтрак был очень вкусный.

Плохая шумоизоляция. Не понравился шум от дороги, который был слышен в номере. Также с утра нас разбудили гости отеля, которые рано завтракали и разговаривали. Из было слышно так, как будто они сидели у нас в номере. Окна и двери в отеле деревянные, поэтому такая слышимость. В номере было немного комаров, но хорошо, что кровать была оборудована сеткой. Из минусов также отмечу, что во время сушки волос сломался фен, а штора недостаточно хорошо повешена и утром свет попадает прямо в лицо

Pros:

Wir hatten ein großes Haus, mit Waschmaschine und zwei Bädern. Es war ansprechend eingerichtet. Und für viele Personen ist Platz gewesen. Eine Waschmaschine und Trockenmöglichkeiten waren vorhanden. Das Personal war sehr zuvorkommend.

Cons:

In der Küche gab es kein Besteck und im Kühlschrank war noch die Pizza vom Vorgänger. Durch die Lage nah qn der Straße hat man die ganze Nacht die Autos hupen gehört. Es war sehr hell sobald die Sonne aufging. Der Pool ist schön, doch da die Filteranlage nur angeschalten wird, wenn jemand ins Wasser geht, war das Wasser etwas verdreckt. Man muss sich das Ausgangstor immer aufschließen lassen bzw. bei der Rückkehr klingeln und warten bis jemand kommt, weil der Eingang direkt am der Straße ist.
