Ragnar the owner took the time to tell us of the history of his uncle’s paintings and some of the history of his family. Very close to the airport. He was going to drive us to the airport but wasn’t needed as my son ended up staying so he took us to the airport.Ragnar very kindly added another bed for my son into the room which was huge.

深夜の到着でしたが、空港からも10分程度と近く、温かく迎えてくれありがたかったです。普段はアトリエとして使われており、大変広く芸術品が並ぶお部屋で面白い滞在でした。
床が凹んでいたり、作業途中の作品があったりで少し気を使うところはありましたが、理解して宿泊すれば問題ないです。

Ich wurde von Ragnar am Flughafen abgeholt und auch am nächsten Morgen in aller Herrgottsfrühe hingebracht. Er hat es möglich gemacht, dass ich umständehalber viel früher einchecken konnte. Er hat mir tatsächlich den Wunsch erfüllt, mit mir eine kleine Rundreise mit Highlights zu fahren (er ist mit seinem Auto gefahren).
Am Abend durfte ich dann Walfleisch essen!
Interessante Gespräche waren auch inbegriffen-der Mann ist ein wandelndes Lexikon.
This was an absolute delightful stay. The location is perfect, the host was kind and every detail was well intentioned. It was spotless and had so many amenities. I would love to visit again. The artwork is brilliant and to hear the stories was fantastic. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom was sparkling and I felt safe and comfortable.
Fascinating and fun place to stay with generous, friendly and super interesting host and really comfy beds! All the facilities you need and perfect location for an early flight. We'll definitely be back!
The only downside for the shy is a shower curtain as the bathroom door!

Ragnar was very welcoming and uncomplicated.
Since we were staying in the art gallery for the second time we already knew where what was and so we could enhoy the time even more. It really is an unusual place to stay but a very nice one.
