Calmo e barato
Pros:

Local conta com cozinha simples, mas funcional. Banheiros bons e limpos. Chuveiro quente e frio. Local para fumar bem ventilado no terraço e ótimo para ver o por do sol. Camas limpas e confortáveis. A TV é ótima e possui ampla grade de programação. O ventilador ajudou muito nesse verão quente. O Frigobar estava repleto e bem arrumado. O espaço interno do roupeiro é maravilhoso.

Cons:

Havia dias em que o quarto estava muito quente pelo excesso de calor e pela rentenção da mesma nas paredes.

Agradable e ìntimo,.
Pros:

Esta en plena ciclovìa que te conecta con otros distritos, ademàs de tener comercios cerca, lo que màs me agrada es que a menos de 2 minutos, tiene un malecòn privado cerrado es genia, para un sunset o similar, sin duda volverìa, ademàs la amabilidad de Maribel es genial.

La empleada fue muy servicial y amable, la ubicación.

Cons:

Las ventanas de los dormitorios están una frente a la otra, y tuve un problema con otro huésped que me dijo que hablaba demasiado alto, hasta el punto de llamar a mi puerta tres veces. Acabé molesto por ello. Ese fue el mayor inconveniente: se oía a la gente caminando en el otro piso.

Cabeceira suja e morfada, cortinas sujas e morfadas, cadeiras sujas e morfadas. Quem tiver problemas respiratórios, fuja desse lugar!
