The bedroom is very basic and it could do with refurbishment and a good clean. The room is tiny and should only have a single bed and is not large enough for a double bed.

There is a small window, but it provides no view or air.

There was a significant amount of noise coming from another occupant in flat and from flat above bedroom which caused significant sleep issues.

Je slaapt bij iemand in huis en diegene heeft een hond en daardoor stinkt het huis. Ook kun je toch niet van het uitzicht genieten omdat het zijn balkon is en je niet comfortabel gaat zitten als het niet jouw eigen plek is. Het kamertje waar je moet slapen heeft geen raam en is super klein. Inchecken ging ook niet soepel want we kregen maar geen antwoord op de vraag waar we de sleutel konden vinden. Uiteindelijk via Booking.com de eigenaar bereikt

It was not explicitly clear that we would be sharing this with the host. Yes, there are some clues in the fine print, it's visible from other people's comments, but it's not explicit and as such - people like me can miss it. When searching for a hotel or apartment I already saw other such listings, which were very explicit that the host lives in the same apartment. That's how it should be...
Also - nowhere it was written that there would be a dog... It only says "No pets allowed", which is fine, but what if we were allergic or had a phobia? Yes, it was a cute one, very friendly, no issues with it, but we should know in advance.. It definitely ruins part of the experience we were hoping for. The terrace was with awesome view, but not usable in practice, because it smelled...

Awesome view and nothing more worth it...

. I was given a room in the owner's apartment, where he continued with his daily routine, such as cooking and doing laundry. This made me feel uncomfortable and as if I was intruding on someone's personal space.

Secondly, the description of the property stated that pets were not allowed. However, upon my arrival, I was surprised to find out that the owner had a dog in the apartment, which kept barking and disturbing me during my meals.

Finally, during my stay, there was construction work taking place at the entrance of the building. As someone with dust allergies, this caused significant discomfort and was a source of inconvenience as the entrance was often blocked
