Great property, great location and great host
Pros:

Property was in a great location! Absolutely excellent and in the centre of Amsterdam yet it was quiet and felt secure. Host was very good with communication and let us check in early

Good location; short on facilities.
Pros:

The studio is situated in the centre of Amsterdam; Central Station is about a 15 minute walk away.

Cons:

It is a basement studio; the only natural light comes from a small, ceiling height window (it may have been a coal shoot in the past), so its electric lights 24/7.
The only cooking equipment is a kettle and coffee machine; not even a toaster, let alone a hob, or microwave etc..
There is a strange, constant, regular taping noise coming from the wall between the front door and toilet, which makes it difficult to fall asleep at night.
There is a bar/brasserie next door; we were a little disturbed on our first (Monday) night; it may present a problem during the warm summer nights or weekends.
The owners do not offer a left luggage facility, so if your train/plane is later than after check-out time (11:00) you have to go to the left luggage facility at Central Station.

Essential pit-stop apt in the heart of Amsterdam
Pros:

La posizione è molto strategica, vicino alla fermata della metro e in una zona molto vivace e super centrale. La host è stata molto puntuale e gentile nelle indicazioni e nel follow up, dando una particolare cura all’ospite.

Cons:

Sono consapevole che il mercato di Amsterdam è generalmente alto, ma il costo di questo soggiorno è ingiustificabile a fronte degli scarsi servizi nell’appartamento: piccolo (le foto non sono oneste), poco illuminato, pulito in modo sommario, con un materasso vecchio e cigolante. Molti servizi sono messi lì per finta, come un lavandino del bagno più corto della mia mano e con sopra una mensola che non ti permette di utilizzarlo.
Commento a parte non di responsabilità forse, le scale ripidissime, strette e pericolose per raggiungere l’appartamento, soprattutto considerando il bagaglio.

Estupenda ubicación.
Pros:

La localización es estupenda para visitar la ciudad.
La amabilidad de la chica que nos atendió.

Cons:

La cama es floja. Tiene el techo en forma de boardilla y quedas un poco encajado.
La escalera es muy empinada.
Echamos en falta un microondas para poder comer algo allí.
La calefacción es compartida con la habitación de al lado 🙃
No hay champú ni jabón de ducha.
