Rooms are okay, but bathroom so dirty! Do not recommend staying here!
Pros:

The property is in a nice and quite area! The room and the beds were comfterable! The host is helpful with looking at opportunities for diffrent tours in the area which is very nice.

Cons:

When we arrived the bathroom was extremely dirty with an overflowing bin, hair all over the walls in the shower and toothpaste all over the mirror and no toiletpaper. When I asked the host's daugther (the host was away) if she could clean it she said yes yes and told me someone would clean it the next morning. But the next day it still wasn't cleaned. The rest of the 10 days of our stay the bathroom remained dirty and we kept on lacking toiletpaper. that made our whole stay go down as we didn't wanted to spend time at the house and only came to sleep at night! Not a great experience! I would not recommend you to stay here!

Good place for resting and relaxing in a quiet neighbourhood
Pros:

Nice apartment with private rooms in a private and tranquil neighbourhood, nice patio and rooftop. In the night is really quiet, perfect for people looking to have a good rest and far from the noise of the main areas. Relatively close to supermarkets, and very close to restaurants.
They have a good and informative PDF for all you need to know for your stay in cancun

Cons:

Staff should take more care of the daily cleaning of commom spaces and kitchen and take the trash out. Guests come and go, using the facilities, and I haven’t sees in the 3 days we stayed somebody doing a proper cleaning of the spaces.
It’s a bit far from everything, but reachable by bus if you wak 10 minutes to the busstop.

Amazing stay with amazing host
Pros:

Deyanira is an amazing host. We talked a lot about everything. She even do trip to the airport for the people who need to.

Cons:

The cold shower but it’s good for the blood circulation hehe

Friendly, cozy place
Pros:

Very friendly lady and her daughter, felt like a home, they have Great, funny pet called Dolce, really sweet girl....just opposite is shop 7/11 open nonstop and the area is safe, just few blocks away you can catch red bus nr. 2 to playa delfines....

A cute place in a decent location for the price, host was lovely but place needs some TLC
Pros:

I loved the Dog and the pig and the bed was comfy. The owner was lovely and attentive.

Cons:

Not great communication regarding early check in, place was fairly run down and dirty, outlets did not work very well, there was no hot water and the jacuzzi was very difficult to access with dirty water.
