Overall, we had a good stay. If you like the Old Town tenement-style atmosphere, this is the right place for you.
Pros:

The property itself is located in the centre of Kraków, in the Main Market Square. It’s close to everything — pubs, restaurants, and other attractions.
The place is nicely designed, well furnished, and very clean, with no defects or signs of wear. From the moment you enter through the main entrance, you can feel a welcoming atmosphere. Complimentary tea and coffee are provided in the room, along with a kettle and a small fridge, which is a real bonus.

Cons:

The downside of the stay was the lack of Polish channels on the TV. The property has satellite TV only, with no access to the main or most popular Polish programmes.
I stayed for two nights with my 9-year-old daughter. We arrived on Saturday hoping to watch our favourite programmes in the evening, but we quickly realised there wasn’t much for us to watch.
I’m a bit disappointed with this aspect of the stay. Considering that we are renting a room in a Polish city, I would expect this to be a standard feature, especially given that the price suggests this is not budget accommodation.

Elhelyezkedés meseszerűen jó.
Pros:

A legnagyobb pozitívum az elhelyezkedése. Tökéletes helyen. Minden gyalogtávolságban. Kitűnő étterem közvetlenül a szomszédban. Tiszta szoba. Szállásadó részletesen tájékoztatott a lehetőségekről.

Cons:

Parkolás nem megoldott de ez nem a szállás hibája mivel az óvárosban nem lehet autóval behajtani. Nagyon negatívumot írni nem tudok. Kitűnő szállás volt.

Pros:

I really enjoyed the apartments, everything was clean, tidy, and beautiful. I especially appreciated the great communication and the warm attitude towards us. We arrived earlier than the check-in time, but we were immediately accommodated, which was very nice. And when checking out, we were allowed to leave our luggage in the luggage room, so we could enjoy another full day in Krakow without any worries.

I loved my short time here and would love to come back someday.
Pros:

Joanna was an excellent staff member - very responsive in messaging, and always accommodating every trouble I encountered while staying here in Krakow. I would absolutely recommend staying here for anyone considering it.
