Pros:

沒有附餐，不過地理位置佳，附近走路十分鐘距離內生活機能好。

Cons:

因為是老房子改建的民宿沒有電梯，如果有年長家人和小小孩需要特別留意爬樓梯，樓梯很窄再加上部分梯段沒有扶手，所以要特別小心。

步行到許多景點距離很近很方便，房間乾淨舒適
Pros:

這是一個屋齡50歲的老房子，位置非常方便，很喜歡樓梯的磨石子地板，還有每個樓梯間的設計巧思。下樓後步行去友愛街或是南美館、林百貨、孔廟都很近，樓下也有很多小吃店跟飲料店的選項！
從訂房溝通到退房時，線上的小助理回覆速度都很快也很有禮貌，雖然都沒有見到面但還是有種很親切的感覺，房間也很乾淨，內附小點心跟兩瓶礦泉水。水喝完了可以去2F備品區補充

Cons:

可惜沒有訂到示意圖上面那間有小帳篷的房間。靠馬路的房型隔音沒有很好，晚上很容易聽到大馬路上的車聲。房東很貼心有附耳塞在房間內，但我們睡覺比較沒有習慣用耳塞，就沒有使用了～
吹風機為簡便型，如果女生長髮的話可能要吹很久才會乾。
