離羅東夜市很近，cp值不太高
Pros:

有電梯，拖行李很方便
每層樓有飲水機

Pros:

1. 走路到羅東夜市超近，大概十分鐘內
2. 因為這次9/12~9/14 住兩天，安排我們在602 六樓不太吵，很開心（然後六樓有提供吸煙區喔！）
3. 床很好睡 感覺有旅館等級的軟床很讚😂😂😂
4. 冷氣有冷 房間內不會悶 推推
5. 房間雖然沒有提供小冰箱，但是每層樓都有飲水機跟共用冰箱，很足夠了
6. 民宿有配合免費停車場有夠讚👍
7. 隔音其實很好，這次住了兩個晚上，真的很好睡~

真的唯一一件敗筆就是房間浴室，看起來是乾濕分離的，但是只要蓮蓬頭開水一分鐘，水孔直接賭到滿水出來....

我個人做過旅館業，所以打開了水孔看一下，感覺可能需要固定疏通....因為其實沒有嚴重的毛髮，真的唯一缺點就是這件事

然後有一件事，感覺民宿很強力的在推薦配合的「廢食堂早午餐」，民宿到處都是廣告跟標語，可以打九折，但是說實話那家早午餐Google 評價沒有到很好

身為去玩的遊客，我寧願走路大概十分鐘，去「大勝早午餐」或是「Morni早午餐」用餐，也不希望去打折但是體驗沒那麼好的餐廳

如果是要找CP質高的可以考慮這家
Pros:

服務人員親切!
住宿地點很方便~距離羅東夜市很近(可以走路抵達)
民宿不提供早餐，但有配合早餐店打折!
早餐店就在民宿旁，有兒童遊戲區!
民宿有提供免費停車場(不限進出次數)
這點對家庭來說真的很棒!
停車場距離民宿也不遠~

民宿的衛生方面需要改善
床單床組的部分有多處污漬跟毛髮..
