Pros:

房間床軟硬適中，枕頭兩顆都是中枕高度，習慣低枕(5-7公分高)的可能會睡不習慣，浴室有對外窗，沒有乾濕分離但有浴簾，水壓稍弱，熱水需等1分鐘才有，吹風機是負離子的還不錯，浴巾非常柔軟舒適；房內沒有快煮壺但有提供瓶裝水，房間隔音較差，有人在走樓梯或講話(不管幾樓)都聽得到，會有一點回音，剛好附近在施工，工地早上七點多就在放音樂高歌(很快樂餒😆)
一樓設備有微波爐，烘碗機，飲水機，洗手台，烤箱(不確定),還有提供馬克杯及刀叉可做使用，一樓室內及戶外均有桌椅，闆娘人很nice，會提供台東旅遊相關資訊~

空間寬敞 床好睡。

雖然離火車站近附近逛街機能較弱。要購物逛街要去轉運站。附近似乎在蓋樓施工。

這次訂的是402，位於4樓雖無電梯但無傷大雅
房間乾淨整齊、而且居然有暖氣！
花園種植的桂花樹非常香～
設備有飲水機、公用冰箱（在二樓）、洗碗精跟瀝水架，非常方便旅人！下次住台東市一定會再住的民宿～
