櫃檯服務人員親切又有禮貌，有問題詢問都很熱情快速回答。住宿點雖然不在熱鬧的大街上，但距離是可以接受的，且更為安靜舒適。房間很大，採光好，乾淨！早餐也很好吃。

Cons:

畢竟在山區，房間還是會有點小蟲。但配備電蚊拍、電蚊香，很貼心。

大落地窗真的很漂亮 員工人也超好的 早餐也好吃

Cons:

我們房間的淋浴間的乾濕分離玻璃門有點容易反推然後就會被卡住 小問題！ 可以自己解決

地點很方便 房內裝潢也很喜歡 浴室的水壓夠大也夠熱 還有Netflix可以看 但電視音量調到最小還是有點大聲 不過習慣就好 下次來日月潭還是會優先考慮這間👍
