Pros:

第二次入住，台南市區不可多得的民宿，地理位置很好介於國華街與林百貨之間，周圍景點吃的喝的走幾步路就到，是獨棟的透天厝很有回家的感覺，一樓有小廚房餐桌與冰箱飲水機真的很方便，房間也算乾淨舒適不會很小，雖然就在大馬路邊但不太會聽到外面的聲音。下次到台南還會想再入住。

Cons:

房間數太少，熱門的日子幾乎都秒殺，跟搶演唱會門票一樣手速要夠快。因為是透天厝所以只能走樓梯上樓，較不適合家庭客長輩與小孩。

Pros:

Great location, a spacious room with plenty of space

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was quite disappointing. We had to use communal slippers to enter and leave the building, which felt unhygienic. Our room was on the third floor, and there was no elevator, which made carrying our luggage inconvenient.
The air conditioning barely worked, and we were unable to cool the room to a comfortable temperature. However, our biggest issue was the unpleasant smell coming from the toilet. We were unsure whether it had been properly cleaned, and overall, the room did not feel particularly clean.
Unfortunately, these issues significantly affected our stay, and we believe there is room for improvement, especially regarding cleanliness and maintenance.

CP值高，沒開車&行李不多的話可以住！
Pros:

房間蠻大的，行李箱可以全開完全沒問題，原本訂無窗房，入住後發現被升級到有窗房，整體整潔度沒問題👍

Cons:

要爬樓梯，行李較重的話會比較吃力，樓梯間蠻窄的
附近很難停車，只有路邊停車格，那邊車也很多可能要稍微找一下才有位子
