1、附近買餐食或是點外送都算方便
2、浴室蓮蓬頭水壓很夠，沖洗起來非常舒服

Cons:

隔音非常差，房間內的桌子很小，很多東西都只能放在地上，如果要在房內吃東西很不方便，得要去公共用餐區
