En lille oase
Pros:

Stedet var som en lille oase med fred og ro. Skønt sted.

Cons:

Svært ved at pege på noget. Måske maden, som var noget neutral i smagen i forhold andre vietnamesiske restauranter vi har spist på.

In the jungle!
Pros:

La struttura è immersa nella natura, nel cuore della giungla e circondata dal fiume che la attraversa. Questo rende il soggiorno veramente unico per chi ha voglia di fare un’esperienza nella natura. Inoltre le camere interamente in bamboo sono raffinate e confortevoli. Il personale è stato molto gentile nell’accoglierci, aiutandoci a trasportare le valige con un kart per raggiungere la strada principale, e preparando per noi una colazione da asporto perché avevamo un’escursione alle 5 del mattino. Anche la cena presso la struttura è stata ottima, e inoltre abbiamo usufruito gratuitamente anche delle bici.

Avis partagé mais hôtel idéal pour repos/piscine
Pros:

L’établissement est très joli.
Les chambres sont agréables et la literie confortable.
La piscine très propre, température parfaite, agréable avec la chaleur !
Les excursions booké par eux ont été incroyables !

Cons:

Salle de bain très petite, mal éclairé, nécessité de laisser couler l’eau 5 minutes pour avoir de l’eau chaude donc pas très écologique…
Climatisation qui fonctionne que de temps en temps donc il fait chaud…
Le personnel ne communique pas ou très peu même s’ils sont agréables c’est un peu déroutant
Pour chiller c’est parfait mais sinon TRÈS loin du centre ville
Des gens se sont plaints de la nourriture et ont été malades… nous n’avons mangé que le petit déjeuner la bas et pas de soucis pour nous… à noter qu’au restaurant de l’hôtel la nourriture est 4 fois plus cher qu’en centre ville

A place to live with truly local people
Pros:

we felt immersed in nature, surrounded by pomelo, coconut, pineapple trees, and a beautiful pool right in the middle of the garden where we could slow down. The staffs were very kind, friendly and he made everything easy for us, from transfers to help us organise the tours. The tours with guide from hotel was wonderful . We loved hopping on the free bikes to explore the village, meeting friendly locals who even invited us to pick fresh fruit, and riding past rice fields and lotus ponds, it all felt so real with mekong people. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a place to slowdown

Vuil, onvriendelijk, onder niveau en overpriced

Zeer basic verblijf, en onder internationale standaard.
De douches zijn vuil, beschimmeld en aan renovatie toe. De toestellen in de kamers en pancartes en posters maken het een rommel boel, met stickers uit een toonzaal, een verstuiver die bruine smurrie spuit (muggen gif?), de deuren sluiten niet goed af en het hangslot systeem maakt het onmogelijk even buiten te gaan terwijl er nog iemand achter blijft..
De spiegels hangen zo laag en naast de wastafel dat het onmogelijk is je te scheren voor de spiegel. Er is ook geen stopcontact in de badkamer
De algemene vibe is deprimerend, ondanks de prachtige natuur en locatie. Het mannelijk personeel is ongeïnteresseerd, kijkt tijdens het bedienen ( in 1 hand een bord met ei, de andere hand een gsm met een filmpje) filmpjes op zijn smartphone, is niet gastvrij of onthalend.
Het ontbijt is ondermaats, er is geen beleg, geen ontbijtgranen of koek, enkel gebak en fruit, dumplings en ei.

Het zwembad ruikt zuur, de kinderen kregen uitslag en pijnlijke ogen, en ondanks dat deze melding vaker wordt gegeven doet men hier niets aan. Een verblijf dat ‘eco’ heet zou dit met zout of biologisch moeten kunnen oplossen.
De waterfles op de kamer is smerig, wordt niet vervangen of bijgevuld, het het badlinnen draagt deels een andere naam (naam voor overname van de zaak?), de zaken zijn gewoon niet op het nodige niveau om mensen op hun gemak te stellen en houden.

Communicatie is bovendien eenzijdig, gezien de taalbarrière van het personeel ( we spreken zelf 5 talen).. ook Franse gasten stonden hier met hand en tand iets uit te leggen, en hoewel men ‘yes’ of ‘ja’ zegt, merk je dat de helft van de boodschap verloren gaat.
De toegangsdeur was na ons avondmaal in de stad ook plots toe, zonder bericht of melding hiervan. We kwamen met onze kinderen aan in het donker aan een gesloten poort, zonder briefje met telefoonnummer of dergelijk op de poort.

Ein wunderschöner und sehr entspannter Aufenthalt in einer tollen Umgebung
Pros:

Der Garten und auch der Swimminpool ist sehr schön angelegt, sehr natürlich und bietet eine tolle Atmosphäre. Besonders die Frühlingsrollen waren sehr lecker.

Die Räume waren für ihre Größe sehr voll. Lieber weniger Mobiliar und mehr Freiraum

Pros:

Prachtige locatie, direct aan de Mekong. We hadden niet verwacht dat er zo'n mooi, groen resort in die ietwat verlaten buurt zou liggen. Prachtige huisjes, alles gemaakt uit bamboo, mooi zwembad, prachtige planten.

Cons:

De huisjes waren niet volledig dicht. Tussen de deuren waren kieren, dus voor insecten een vrije toegang. Gelukkig waren er klamboes voorzien waardoor we geen last hadden van muggenbeten ofzo.
Ontbijt was heel basic, weinig keuze voor onze westerse kinderen. 🫣 (Toast en smeerkaas, maar we hebben een dochter met melkallergie)
