价格便宜，性价比之王，早餐很好，水果新鲜，房间很大，一人一间，1.8米的大床。有客厅，也可以做简单吃的，4人4间，三晚才3千多株，吃早餐的时候，都不好意思多吃，太好吃了，房间干净，安静大，一树花香，就是地点有点不好找，复制地点，出租车司机也找不到。要走了约400米。后来经过老板娘指点，才懂得地点。
卫生间地漏的味道会出来到房间，我用塑料袋装水堵住，就是完美的享受。

L’endroit est très joli et bien situé. Le personnel est très accueillant et agréable.
Le lavabo était cassé et la porte de la salle de bain ne fermait pas.

It is in a very quiet area, just a short grab away from old town or a 20 min walk to the night markets!! Very nice rooms for the money value!
The ceiling tiles in the room came down at one point and got dust everywhere on the bed, but other than that everything was clean.
Nous avons adoré notre séjour à Boutique House Nipha! La localisation est parfaite, à seulement 10 minutes à pied du centre, avec des commerces et restaurants aux alentours. Nous avons prolongé notre séjour car nous avons beaucoup aimé les chambres : elles sont spacieuses, équipées pour le meilleur confort et jolies. Le personnel de l'hôtel a été particulièrement serviables, notamment en nous aidant à programmer des excursions, en nous louant des scooters ou encore en gardant nos affaires durant quelques jours lorsque nous étions en excursion. Le petit déjeuner est très bon. Le lieu est confortable et apaisant. Je ne peux que vous recommander Boutique House Nipha pour un séjour à Chiang Mai!

Whilst it’s a very safe area my partner would prefer a door with a better lock system, I felt okay however
Location was perfect and quiet. Whilst being walking distance to restaurants and lively areas. Lovely room and decor. Owners were lovely and friendly and breakfast was nice.

Simple room with everything necessary. Quiet place, quiet area, the street is super quiet. The staff very polite. I was surprised with the breakfast, excellent coffee.
