1.我們住三樓，但房間隔音效果極差，外面的人在唱歌講話，房間都聽的一清二楚。
2.樓下夾娃娃機器聲不絕於耳，以致另人難以入眠。故預定兩晚，第一天就辦退房(認賠殺出)。
3.被單清潔有待加強，我們發現被單有污漬以及有黑黑一點點的東西不知道是什麼，另一被單裡則發現有小蟲。

感覺蠻像學生租屋處，室內有點髒⋯⋯尤其每張椅子超級黑，建議買個椅套遮一下感官會好點，尤其是夏天冰箱清潔也請注意，一打開冷凍就看到食物或飲料灑出來的汁，廁所有頭髮和橡皮筋，沒有床頭板，直接是靠著牆壁，然後牆壁黑黑的
