總體非常滿意；性價比也算高。
Pros:

環境乾淨；安靜；（開車）去街市上也很方便，散步走路去（約20多分鐘）體驗也很好。

Cons:

可能個別房間因為設計本身所帶來的通風問題，加上天氣潮濕，所住的房間（尤其和室）會有輕微霉味；但個人和朋友可以忍受，並沒覺得很不舒服；但仍然建議加以改善，這樣的話，相信房客入住體驗會加分！

如果不介意家電聲音的，我覺得是ＯＫ的。但我們有人比較敏感，被冰箱的聲音震到無法入睡。
Pros:

早餐可以選摩斯或麥當勞，不錯。房間算大，價格實惠。

Cons:

有一張床是上鋪，床是一個薄軟墊，冷氣還對著吹。家電都聲音都滿大的，電扇、冰箱、冷氣都是。浴室排水孔超級臭。
