Pros:

地點在奇美醫院對面，出入都用磁扣，床單和地板，老板維護的很好，只是沒有對外窗，所以冷氣要開，性價比很高，平日1100元很棒。開車可以找路邊停車位，22：00就不收費，

Pros:

奇美醫院另一側門外有許多吃的喝的很方便，靠近大橋火車站，附近也有youBike也很方便
床墊是稍微硬的，我們都很喜歡；屋主服務很周到，謝謝；內陳與清潔也都很到位

Cons:

1.停車是一個問題，不過附近有付費停車場可以解燃眉之急，費率不會貴；馬路邊停車格的汽車好像都不會動，很難等到
2.大門繞過去中華路那邊騎樓環境滿髒亂的，車流量龐大空氣不大好，沒有綠地
