Cons:

整個房間都是黴味，房間櫃子還有別人的襪子，感覺沒有整理房間，房間洗衣機內還有洗好沒拿出來的毛巾，也不知道放多久了，浴室都是黴斑，住一個晚上覺得肺都不舒服了

Top Unterkunft für einen Kurztrip!
Pros:

Die Unterkunft war sehr gut ausgestattet und die Sauberkeit des Zimmers ausgezeichnet. Der Vermieter war bei Fragen schnell zu erreichen und sehr zuvorkommend. Er hat uns auch nach dem Check-out ermöglicht unser Gepäck in der Unterkunft abzustellen.

Cons:

Die Unterkunft ist etwas schwer zu finden, auch da die angezeigte Position auf der Karte in Booking nicht korrekt ist. Die angegebene Adresse stimmt aber.

海科館，碧砂漁港，潮境公園，八斗子夜市都在這附近，一天的行程滿滿的收穫，住的地方寧靜悠遠，適合睡眠品質不好的人住宿。

Das Zimmer war einfach aber zweckmäßig und sauber, es gab Handtücher und einen Föhn und einen großen Fernseher

Cons:

Das Zimmer ist im 4. Stock eines ranzigen Hauses mit einem schrecklichen Treppenhaus ohne Aufzug. Der Vermieter weiß warum er kein Foto vom Haus auf booking hat wobei man es dann wenigstens finden würde! Der Zugang ist über Video für Menschen ohne entsprechende Sprachkenntnisse nicht möglich, die Tür ging einfach nicht auf. Man muss seinen Pass hinhalten , aber es passierte nichts und ich wurde immer wieder auf Chinesisch was gefragt. Dazu sollte ich über line und wepay kommunizieren und bezahlen was nicht möglich war. Der Vermieter reagierte auch nicht mehr auf Nachrichten über booking, wir standen also im Regen auf der Straße und wussten nicht weiter. netterweise rief ihn eine Frau auf der Straße für uns an und er kam und trug mir sogar den Koffer die vielen Treppen hoch Der Kühlschrank kühlt kaum.

這輩子以來最糟的住宿經驗，網站顯示地點在靠近基隆廟口，實際地點是八斗子超偏僻地方，幾乎是欺騙消費者的程度，line詢問甚至會已讀不回選擇性回覆，請要住宿的人不要再被騙了!!!!這幾乎是詐騙!!!!!!
Pros:

離八斗子夜市開車3分鐘走路14分鐘，這樣算近嗎～住宿周圍什麼都沒有，晚上超安靜，安靜到不知道該去哪。業者回訊息超挑食，想問什麼都要看心情。停車可以停可是業者會叫你停紅線~不過房間空間的確算大，是唯一唯一只有一個的優點。

地點完全不一樣打亂整個旅遊行程，幾乎是詐騙的程度了，難停車只有紅線可以停(老闆會騙你很好停隨便都可以停)，房間藏在破舊民宅四樓沒電梯，老闆甚至還會講錯地址叫你走樓梯不停來回上下走四樓樓梯，房間冷氣霉味很重、兩顆燈泡壞掉、床架很爛躺上去不停發出噪音、電視螢幕故障、冰箱不冰可能跟冷氣差不多涼而已、桌子抽屜出現奇怪物品不知道誰留下來的、床墊超軟我以為我要椎間盤凸出了，房內完全沒有看到任何民宿登記或合法營業證明文件，令人懷疑該場所是否為未登記或違法經營。
