名宿老板超親切，車停好馬上來幫忙提行李，入住還用58高粱招待，房間很大乾淨又舒適。 到花蓮住宿不用再考慮，選這間就對了！

非常棒！窗外就是花蓮美麗的山景！
Pros:

房間很大、舒服！老闆的審美很到位！簡約的法式裝潢令人身心愉悅、放鬆。床很舒服！棉被是羽絨被，膨鬆又透氣！我是難入眠的人，但這裡ㄧ覺到隔天不想起床了！

老闆很熱情，好人一枚，喜歡喝酒的男生可以跟老闆暢所欲言，但對於家庭或者情侶，老婆的心情和想有私密情趣的部分比較不適合
Pros:

1. 四人房間超大，而且浴室泡澡溫度水很夠也有按摩部分，對於花蓮這個地方是很少遇到也很驚豔的
2. 有準備兩隻吹風機，三個人可以不用等太久也很貼心
3. 住兩天以上隔天會幫忙收拾垃圾與收拾房間
4. 因為巷道比較窄一點，老闆會協助幫忙安排車位，這部分也很不容易

Cons:

1. 房間床底部分清潔還是有待加強，冷氣部分也是很久沒有清潔了，對於過敏的人會很有感覺
2. 洗澡熱水部分有點過燙，如有溫控可以更好，小孩比較不會誤觸
3. 明白老闆住在民宿裡一樓空間是自己使用，沒有共同使用空間，但對於如果同時有兩個家庭住宿，相對來講會比較不方便
4. 覺得很奇怪的地方是房間沙發區並沒有電視，在那邊吃東西會很尷尬
5. 另外電視遙控器有點不靈敏以及電視太小，另外頻道建議可以新增網路平台
