quite enjoyable, even with rather inclement weather.
Pros:

No breakfast offered en suite, but good recommendation for cafe in town, so OK Convenient to walking everywhere in town

Posizione eccezionale perché vicina al centro ma fuori dal caos, in un vicolo silenziosissimo! Proprietario estremamente disponibile e reattivo quando contattato!

Deux chambres+ salle de bain bien situées à Erice
Pros:

Deux très grandes chambres propres avec une literie très confortable. Une grande terrasse avec vue est à disposition.
La suite est très bien située au calme et dans le centre d'Erice. Le parking public est à proximité.
Le propriétaire est disponible à distance pour répondre à toutes les questions.

Cons:

Attention ne confondez pas comme nous, il ne s'agit pas d'un appartement mais de deux chambres plus salle de bain. Aucune vaisselle à disposition, même pas une bouilloire pour se faire un thé ou un café le matin. Vous devrez sortir et trouver un café (le premier est à 5 minutes). Un petit réfrigérateur dans chaque chambre.
La salle de bain est un peu vieillotte et la personne qui assure son entretien devrait être plus méticuleuse. Nous avons trouvé des cheveux derrière les portes de la douche et beaucoup de poussière sur le chauffe serviettes.

A quiet flat with view on the top floor

Nice little flat with a spacious terrace - clean and well equiped - quiet - free parking spots around the flat - nice small Italian breakfast in a café opposite the flat - friendly and helpful owners

A great place to stay for a short visit to Erice
Pros:

The rooms were very nicely designed, comfy beds and clean. Everything about the rooms was great. It is a beautiful place and the location is very convenient in the center of Erice.

Cons:

The room we stayed in did not have a view and also all rooms are lock-out rooms, so there is no kitchen or access to a coffee maker or a place to make food or just sit down and eat food. That would be a plus to have. Did not quite understand if the rooms were individually rented, would we have to share a bathroom and shower with other people not from our group?
