We actually booked Shalom Resident on a whim and received very good hospitality there. Also, the facilities in the room are excellent and we are planning to go back. We had a lot of freedom there and we did not face any problems. Our privacy was very well protected and we enjoyed ourselves very freely. I really recommend this to you all, it is a very good hotel to come and visit.

My family stayed at Shalom Residence 2 nights in a Standard family room. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and professional.
The room was clean, well-maintained, and comfortable and the bathroom had everything I needed. I also appreciated the Mr. Shayan he helps to ordered dinner from the outside restaurant; he was answered my calls very quick and gave a best option. He's very friendly and helpful, Thank you for your time. Great Customer service.
We didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, so I can’t comment on the food, but everything else was up to standard.
The location was very convenient close to the Food city, shops, and local attractions. We felt safe and well taken care of during our stay.
Overall, a pleasant experience. I’d definitely consider staying here again.

The property was easy to locate and the facilities were satisfactory. The caretaker was extremely helpful. You can get food delivered here and shops are also nearby. We had a very pleasant experience here.

Caretaker Mr. Daglus was exceptional—very friendly and accommodating. The hospitality was outstanding, and the facilities were top-notch.

The room was very comfortable and included all the necessary amenities. In particular, the caretaker, Douglas, was extremely friendly and provided excellent service. The stay was definitely worth the money.

Douglas, the caretaker, is an exceptionally kind person who is very attentive and thoughtful. His careful attention to the building and its surroundings definitely made this extended stay feel like home. It was very nice to be able to use the kitchen like it was our own and to enjoy the beautiful views of Kandy.
