Emplacement dans l'hyper centre ville. Pratique pour tout faire a pied.

Les draps étaient non propres. Pas d''eau chaude le soir. On a dû demander les serviettes.
Douche avec un seule porte sur les 2.
Appartement a besoin de quelques rénovations.
Beaucoup de bruit par les femmes de ménage dans l'appartement en dessous dès 10h.
Attention, il y a beaucoup d'escaliers.

Excellent small hostal. Foot access only. Very hospitable.
Pros:

Excellent small lodging in the medina, meaning no vehicle access. We found easy, free parking on the nearest street, due to a broken pay station. Other street parking is a few minutes walk further away. The host is very accommodating. He offered and delivered tea and cookies both days we were there. Our family room was economical (24€/night for 2, Thu/Fri, mid-March) and of ample size, with a low partition dividing the two sleeping areas. The private bathroom was clean and usable, but had the typical Moroccan "shower stall is the entire bathroom" configuration. Street noise is reasonable and dies down late at night. Rooms are two flights above the street and surround a small common room. There is a shared refrigerator/freezer and electric kettle. Electricity is somewhat inconvenient. In our room, all the receptacles were at waist height or higher, meaning cords had to stretch across walking paths. Neither bed area had a truly convenient receptacle. In the common room, I had to temporarily unplug the refrigerator to use the kettle. We immediately extended to a second night once we saw our room. English is spoken.
