Todo. El lugar (tanto del apartamento, como del sector y el condominio), la atención de Angelica y su hijo, la relación costo/beneficio.
The location is pretty safe. Room was very clean and even though the bathroom is separate in a shared apartment; it is definitely for the guest. The room and the apartment themselves will not amaze you but the listing is really cheap and serviceable. And most importantly, they have a gentle dog :D
Unless you speak good Spanish, finding the place was rather awkward. Terrace and balcony were extremely small. Shower would get really hot and I had to be very careful.

The host was very generous in assuring our comfort and sharing space in this nice apartment in a good neighbourhood. She was also very patient with our horrible Spanish and helpful in dealing with language issues that come up with less patient locals (e.g. taxis). One of our favorites on. this trip.
