離家近、停車方便、宵夜想吃花蓮最好吃的東山鴨頭及周家小籠包都很近很方便，離麥當勞也近，真的很方便，下次去花蓮有需要一定再訂，也很推薦去花蓮的親友可以選爸爸萬歲民宿
Pros:

離娘家很近又有停車位，乾淨整潔，房間設施該有都有，樓梯寬、客廳不大但很簡潔

Cons:

可惜沒電梯，但還好只有三層樓，房間廁所有個氣窗但通不是很足，索性客廳有小電扇可以拿到房間使用
另外民宿主人有告訴我們住客的鞋放鞋櫃，但卻被其他房客穿出去這點令我們很傻眼，不能怪民宿主人絕對是其他房客的錯

Cons:

腳踏車總共7輛，但卻沒一輛可以騎的，不是鏈條脫落，就是輪胎沒氣！一樓公共空間的飲用水沒了，經入住當天下午反應後，過了一個晚上依然沒有補！
