Great value. Would stay here again.
Pros:

Located right next to the beach so you can fall asleep listening to the waves crash into the shore. I also had a great view from my room. Also located close to Dongdaemun night market.

Clean, comfortable rooms. Great for a relaxing stay.

Cons:

Scanning the QR code to enter was a little cumbersome. Especially as the wifi was not working on the first day.

Wasn’t a fan of the external bathroom. There was a CCTV camera outside the door which I understand is for security purposes. But there needs to be more hooks/another shelf for storing your clothes in the bathroom. You need to be careful and bring your phone with you, so you do not get locked out during late night toilet trips.

Kleines schönes Apartment-für kurzen Aufenthalt super
Pros:

Ruhige Lage. Die Vermieter haben wir nicht gesehen, aber per whatsapp wurden alle Anfragen zügig und hilfreich beantwortet. Für eine Nacht einwandfrei. Bequeme Betten. Nachtmarkt um die Ecke.

Cons:

Im Bad zu wenig Licht. Leider wurden Handtücher vergessen oder es waren nur Badetücher vorgesehen. keine Haken für Handtücher, wie fast überall in Taiwan.. ;-)
Man konnte das Zimmer und das ganze Haus nur mit QR-Code erreichen- ohne Internet ist man da aufgeschmissen..
Hatten ein Zimmer mit Sea View gebucht-ja im stehen haben wir das Meer gesehen.. für eine Nacht kann ich auch verstehen, dass ich nicht die guten oberen Zimmer bekome, aber dann verkaufe ich es nicht so..

Ich war nur Übergangsweise in Hualien und dafür war es eigentlich perfekt.
Pros:

Generell war es für eine Nacht echt in Ordnung. Das Zimmer war weitestgehend sauber und das Bad war auch direkt neben an.

Cons:

Bettlaken hatte ein paar Flecken

Overall, the stay was decent, mainly thanks to the nice beach nearby and the view.

Cons:

However, there were several issues. There was no staff available or easily reachable, which made communication difficult. We were also not informed that the elevator only goes up to the 6th floor, meaning we had to carry our luggage up two more floors via very narrow stairs.

After check-out, we noticed multiple bed bug bites, which was very concerning.

With better communication and attention to these points, the experience could be improved.

海邊的關係，環境較為潮濕，
另外我住的樓層，與海堤步道平行，
建議可以在窗戶旁邊增加警語，提醒記得拉上窗簾。
另外二樓的陽台房，老實說並沒有甚麼景觀...

Cons:

原本以為是門窗沒有關好，原來是隔音不太好。住在面對馬路，晚上就會聽到車子經過的聲音。怕吵的，可以選海景、高樓層。
