優點：客服回覆態度有禮，事後也同意提供 15% 退款處理。

• 浴室有很多黴斑、房間有霉味與潮濕感
• 房內椅子非常髒舊，實在不敢坐
• 早上 8 點外面開始施工，噪音影響休息
• 入住當晚 22:45 冷氣突然故障無法使用，但客服只到 20:00，整晚無法得到協助
• 隔天早上 10:45 才被詢問是否需要換房
• 房間QR Code 操作常掃不到，使用體驗不順

整體與訂房頁面的期待有落差，住宿品質不太穩定。
建議旅店加強清潔管理與夜間緊急聯繫機制，才能保障基本住宿品質。
