優點：客服回覆態度有禮，事後也同意提供 15% 退款處理。

• 浴室有很多黴斑、房間有霉味與潮濕感
• 房內椅子非常髒舊，實在不敢坐
• 早上 8 點外面開始施工，噪音影響休息
• 入住當晚 22:45 冷氣突然故障無法使用，但客服只到 20:00，整晚無法得到協助
• 隔天早上 10:45 才被詢問是否需要換房
• 房間QR Code 操作常掃不到，使用體驗不順

整體與訂房頁面的期待有落差，住宿品質不太穩定。
建議旅店加強清潔管理與夜間緊急聯繫機制，才能保障基本住宿品質。

Cons:

初次入住智能住家不熟悉商家作業，心想都要自助式的，一堆用品都要誠實付費沒錯，於是我想櫃上有四條毛巾跟吹風機是不是也要自己拿上去房間，結果房間裏面都有，當我拿下去歸位時，房東們語氣跟眼神很不友善⋯⋯待我們解釋清楚才釋懷，感覺這裡雖離車站近但是買吃的很不方便，住這民宿也沒礦泉水，要喝水還得自己到樓下飲水機裝水～荒郊野外舟車勞頓回到家希望能好好休息吧！大浴巾也不是很ok

Sehr günstige, saubere, ruhige, komfortable, Übernachtungsmöglichkeit, im wunderschönen Taitung, ca. 8 Minuten zu Fuß vom Hauptbahnhof. Schöner großer Balkon. In der Lobby gibt es heißes Wasser, Tee und Kaffee. Die reizende Unterkunft ist sehr gemütlich eingerichtet und verfügt über sehr schnelles, zuverlässiges Internet. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett, freundlich und hilfsbereit, beantworten Anfragen sehr schnell. Wir empfehlen allen Reisenden diese wunderbare Unterkunft herzlichst und würden in jedem Fall wieder dort übernachten. Wir haben uns wie zu Hause gefühlt. Vielen Dank nochmal an alle und bis zum nächsten Mal! ❤️❤️❤️
