Q no tenga baño propio
- There is a kitchen.
- There is a bed.
- The price was good.
- Building is in a really bad state of disrepair. The plaster is peeling off the walls.
- While there is a kitchen there is not one item of cutlery available to eat the food you cooked.
- The room I had was extremely small.
- The kitchen is too small for several people to cook at the same time so you often have to wait for all the others to finish.

It was nice to take a shower. The price is low. It was easy to buy simple things because there were many small marts nearby. can cook!
Nothing good at this place. For sure backpackers want to save money on accommodations but this one was really old,dirty and there are cockroaches running around. I've booked 3 nights but run away the day after I've seen those cockroaches in my room. I had a sleepless night with the lights on as I was afraid that those insects would be come on the bad as they were running on the furniture as well
The whole thing is just unbelievably old, dirty and smelly. I can't believe they operate it as a guests house

The facilities where very very dirty, bathroom and kitchen was always left a mess by fellow people staying there.
The owner is very attentive to any questions and to help you if you need it through messages or calls. They also have other services such as a kitchen and a washing machine available. The price and the place are comfortable. Needed to go to a concert and didnt need to wake up anyone bc they have automatic doors with a password the owner gives you
I think the bathroom could improve but not bad for a friendly place with your pocket.
That is very basic, unclean, low budget location.
