谢谢酒店负责人，因为有带小孩，所以给我们免费提早入住，放下行李。
去哪里都非常靠近。
隔一条马路就是A2 food court, Batam mall 也在隔壁而已。按摩，洗头都非常方便。

No breakfast provided. Location kind of difficult to find initially but can see BCS mall from a distance.
Hygiene could be improved. Bedsheet and towel are stained. Dusty behind tv and tv box is unable to show programmes. Got litter uncleaned behind fridge. Masterbedroom aircon was leaking water on first night. Lobby and common area carpets are rather dirty.

1.No ironing equipment.. perhaps could prepare unless when needed..
2. No label for shampoo / shower

Bad showering facilities. Couldnt set temperature right. Lack of staff at the counter.
The location was great. It is walking distances to 2 malls, a market and a hawker centre. There’s lots of massage places, coffee shops and hairdressers in the area. And the power points were the same as SG so we didn’t need to get adapter for it.
There’s wasn’t enough power points and some were loose and not useable. But it wasn’t a dealbreaker soO it’s fine.

Simple and safe, aircon
Too many Ants. Our apartment was not done properly, walls are dirty, queen mattress is sunken, rooms are small and unfurnished except for the beds. We had blackouts a few times during our first night stay.
