CP值不錯，適合臨時落腳的旅客
Pros:

床蠻好躺的，但房間跟廁所偏小（廁所水壓很大很讚）
地點不錯，外面有路邊停車格但是是累進制收費

Pros:

以價格來說算不錯，但客房的電視基本沒辦法觀看，再加上某部分擺設像是裝飾用，也沒什麼在打掃的。像是鬧鐘完全沒辦法動、窗簾沒在清上面都是灰塵（可能因為釘死了），其他像熱水沒問題很夠水壓也不會忽大忽小，隔音方面也不錯（一層樓只有兩戶）。簡單來說很適合即興出遊的背包客或學生族群，如果要長時間旅居台南的話不推薦。
