非常糟糕的住宿經驗！
訂房成功不代表有房可住，請各位旅客三思！

原本看這間民宿評價不錯才放心預訂，沒想到入住當天抵達現場，老闆竟然告知，因為他「因為我是臺灣來的，以為我們遇到颱風不會來，所以把房間讓給大陸人了。」，所以擅自把早已預訂好的房間讓給其他旅客！所以是欺負在臺灣的嗎？請問，什麼時候民宿老闆可以單憑自己的猜測，就自行決定客人不會入住？
我們透過 Booking 訂房，早已綁定信用卡，且訂單屬於不可退款的條件。住客不能隨意取消，業者卻可以不經確認，就擅自把房間轉給別人？
更離譜的是，老闆事前完全沒有透過任何方式聯繫確認，直到我們抵達現場才告知沒有房間，接著安排他所謂的「第二間民宿」，完全沒有給我們充分考慮或選擇的時間，就急著交鑰匙、收取住宿費。
當時因為同行有長輩，經過一整天交通奔波，實在無法臨時再找住宿，只能無奈接受。
最讓人無法接受的是，老闆事後竟向其他同行友人聲稱，他有打電話確認，是我一直不接電話！
這項說法與我的通話紀錄完全不符，我也可以提出紀錄佐證！
明明是業者自行認定客人不會入住，擅自把房間轉讓，事後卻又做出這樣的說法，實在讓人對其誠信產生極大疑慮。
我能理解颱風可能影響交通，但天候因素不是業者可以擅自處理客人訂房的藉口，更不是事後推卸責任的理由！
住宿最基本的要求不是豪華，而是誠信與保障。
我們不是臨時上門要求住宿，而是早已完成預訂、依約前來入住的旅客！
這次的經驗讓我對這間民宿徹底失去信任，也帶來滿滿的不安全感。
提醒所有旅客，尤其是攜帶長輩、孩童出遊的人，訂房前請務必三思！畢竟誰也不希望這樣千里迢迢抵達民宿，才發現自己的房間早就被老闆讓給別人！
