I asked and was kindly provided with the early arrival option.
The photos are from a different room. I was assigned a tiny room on the first floor, close to the shared kitchen, which had unpleasant smells, and a “family” room, which was noisy. For the price of a usual separate place, I received what felt like a tiny walk-in closet. The amenities were exhausted, the mattress sagged, and I felt the presence of other people in my space. The shared bathroom was on another floor and was shared with two other rooms for rent. Overall, it was unbearable: loud, uncomfortable, cramped, and filled with unpleasant odors and sounds from other guests. I left the next day, even though I had paid for five nights.
It was so grateful to be here, the host is amaizingly kind and considerative.

This is not at all what I expected. The facilities listed are inaccessible. They told us there was no air conditioning when we arrived when the listing clearly states there is air conditioning.
The facilities are not usable by guests. The jacuzzi the listing boasts is dirty and cold. The shower floods and no hot water.
I couldn’t find it. the address doesn’t exist. I asked various people living on the street to no avail. I emailed the host but didn’t get a timely response. I gave up
