房子的各種細節彷彿凍結在30年前，房價也是。若能在一些小細節上再優化，例如舊式吹風機、浴簾的位置等，住宿體驗會更加舒適。

Pros:

環境氛圍很復古，房間裡還有打字機、以前的人的存摺、黨證等小物，很有趣的體驗。
位置很棒，在蝸牛巷內，巷子裡有很多東西可以探索，例如:隔壁的蛋捲很好吃！如果對台灣文學、或葉石濤有興趣，應該會蠻喜歡的地點。

Cons:

隔音真的非常差! 雖然行前就知道，但還是重複提醒其他住客。
隔音差到聽得到樓上的腳步聲、別的住客洗澡的聲音、外面的機車聲(靠雙房)，而且因為是在巷子內，機車聲音特別大。
另外，飲用水的味道稍微不太好喝。還有衣櫃打開有垃圾，後來想想衣櫃看起來應該是裝飾，因為有另外放衣架的吊衣桿。

台南の旧街並みに溶け込める民泊先
Pros:

観光地の真ん中に位置するロケーションで、どこにでも行ける場所柄だった。歩いて比較的近いところにyoubike乗り場もあり、街中移動するにも便利でした。古い建物の趣そのままに活用されているため、その雰囲気が好きな人には良い。他の部屋の方も静かに過ごしていたため、特別に物音で困ったということはなかった。チェックイン（鍵の受け渡し）についても、予めLINE登録にてやりとりがいつでもできるようにしていたため、比較的すぐに返信をもらえ、不安なく過ごせることができました。

Pros:

一樓房間乾淨整潔，房間設計維持老屋原樣，非常少見，衛浴設備乾淨，雖然沒有在房間內但是只給一樓單獨使用很好。

Cons:

剛進入房間感覺溼氣有點重，打開通風後再開冷氣才改善，抽水馬達凌晨三點啟動運轉10分鐘以上，加上一樓半燈光較亮會透過門上透光玻璃照入房內，影響睡眠，很容易醒來。

剛開始要入住是需要和房東通電話自助入住
房東態度超級差勁「妳是誰？跟我說名字我才知道是誰要住啊！」態度超級不耐煩，
原本想說算了不要打破旅遊的興致，
對這件事情就沒有太放在心上

結果更扯的來了
洗澡沒！熱！水！，
工作人員處理態！度！消！極！
和線上人員聯絡說沒熱水
和我說房東要來處理了
結果一個小時過去了根本沒來
只好自己打給房東
結果房東疑似在睡覺？？？
接起電話後告知她沒熱水還回我「喔」繼續睡？？？
一個小時睡醒過後才來真是謝了，
還竟然將責任推託給其他房客？
推托說不知道其他房客是怎麼洗的洗到沒熱水

房東根本不想處理住宿大小事🤗🤗🤗

一樓廁所專屬於一樓房客使用，但店家未事前告知亦未主動在廁所的門上張貼公告，因二樓有其他房客洗澡（二樓僅一間廁所）且尿急，使用一樓廁所時被一樓房客糾正，當下有些尷尬，希望店家可以善盡主動告知責任

整體來說很棒 很舒適 房間很大 一個人住很棒 老屋風格我很喜歡 這一區有很多小巷子 裡面有很多特色小店可以逛
Pros:

離火車站有一小段距離,但是可以騎腳他車過去,西市場很近
房間很大,很舒適
完全無接觸的入住也很舒服
晚上也很安靜

Cons:

可能是老屋的關係,有不少螞蟻
另外在毛巾跟椅子上有看到頭髮,這個可以注意一下
如果在廚房可以放一些筷子湯匙就更好了
