Pros:

the location is in ximending. The staffs are quick with all of our request. One message away and they will deliver your request in your room.

Cons:

The room is not cleaned properly but we are able to manage. We move the beds together and figure out that dusts and garbage below. However they emmediately cleaned it when we asked them to clean it properly.
