Pros:

剛到時看外觀很老舊被嚇到，但入內後發現內部乾淨明亮且舒適，沒有陳舊感，客廳跟臥房獨立兩區，使用空間很大，等於包棟一整層。入住時不慎跌倒撞壞物品，告知民宿老闆娘時第一時間是先關心我的傷勢而不是物品損壞情況，也沒要求我賠償，很感動。
民宿沒有附車位但附近路邊停車格很多不用擔心無處停車，退房前將停車繳費單放民宿會幫忙代繳，等於是免費停車。
唯一缺點是附近沒有便利商店需穿過公園到另一端，但能趁機在公園內散步也蠻愜意。

Space and location is great, but sound-proof needs improvement.
Pros:

The location is in a quiet neighborhood right next to the park. It's very easy to find a parking space.
The entrance is separate from the room at 1st floor, so it's good.
There are AC in both living room and bedroom, and you could feel the floor is very clean and you could smell the wood scents as well. The bedroom is spacious, and I really like the sun shining from the window in the morning.

Cons:

The sound-proof is really bad, on the night I stayed there's a couple with a baby staying in the room on 1st floor, I could clearly hear the baby screaming, crying and laughing...
And I could hear the couple talking clearly, too. If you're sensitive to noise, please consider about this.
Also, the water is a little bit small.
