Pros:

The room is very conveniently located, about a 10-minute walk from the city center, and close to both the train and bus stations. Tea, coffee, and sugar were provided, which was a nice touch during the stay. The room was clean and perfectly suited for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Not all the listed facilities were available (such as an iron and washing machine), which was disappointing. The room is part of a shared apartment with other rooms, and unfortunately, it was quite noisy at times. There were late-night check-ins to nearby rooms on two occasions, causing disturbance due to luggage and movement.
The view was partly towards the building garden, but it mainly overlooked garbage bins, which was not very pleasant.

Overall, it’s a decent option for a short stay of 2–3 nights, but for a longer visit
Pros:

The apartment is well located and was generally clean, which made our stay convenient

Cons:

There were a few issues. There was a slight damp smell, and we noticed a couple of woodlice during our stay. The shower could use some maintenance, as water was leaking from the hose as well as the shower head. The bed was a bit squeaky, and the freezer door came loose when we opened the fridge. Soundproofing is also limited, so some noise from neighbors can be heard

Świetna lokalizacja, cicho, dobry na krótszy i dłuższy pobyt
Pros:

Lokalizacja bardzo blisko centrum, a jednocześnie cicho (okno/balkon na podwórko), nie słychać tzw odgłosów miasta. W sam raz gdy ktoś chce np popracować w ciągu dnia. Sklepy w bardzo bliskiej odległości (m.in Biedronka). Dogodne połączenia komunikacyjne, tramwajem 2 przystanki do ścisłego centrum (Rynek Główny, Planty). Przestronna łazienka, duże łóżko, dobre oświetlenie apartamentu. Łatwe i bezproblemowe zameldowanie, szczegółowa instrukcja jak to zrobić. Mielona kawa, sól i pieprz na stanie. Kawiarka mokka. Mimo lekkich niedociągnięć pobyt bardzo udany :)

Cons:

Niedokładnie domyte naczynia (garnek, patelnia) oraz lodówka w środku. W aneksie kuchennym przy zlewie mocno ruszająca się armatura (kran). Cukier był w minimalnej ilości (poratował mnie mój własny :)) W łazience brak choćby małej półeczki/szafki, aby położyć kosmetyczkę, itp.
