Eccellente posizione e host, camera da migliorare
Pros:

Posizione eccellente, letteralmente a 2 minuti a piedi da Piazza Mercato e a 12 dalla fermata del bus per l'aeroporto. Grande cordialità e disponibilità dell'host che ci ha permesso di effettuare il check in anticipo e di lasciare i bagagli custoditi dopo il check out.

Cons:

La stanza con i letti gialli in cui abbiamo soggiornato è un pò antiquata, servirebbero piccoli accorgimenti per migliorare il soggiorno come un appendiabiti più grande per i cappotti e le borse o un armadio più grande, più basi di appoggio per esempio appendendo la tv al muro e togliendo il tavolo con le sedie che occupano troppo spazio ed ingombrano. Il bagno è molto piccolo, manca di basi di appoggio e di un appendino per le asciugamani, quello in dotazione non è molto comodo, le asciugamani scivolano facilmente per terra. Si potrebbero fornire inoltre una coperta o plaid da lasciare nell'armadio in caso di necessità. Suggerisco anche l'installazione di zanzariere alle finestre e la dotazione di lenzuola più ampie che coprano l'intero letto. Piccoli accorgimenti per un soggiorno migliore.

Very nice stay, close to the center of the city. Tons of things to see, do, and eat in the area.
Pros:

The hotel was so close to the City Center -- s stone's throw away. But, it was also very quiet, and there was a lot going on -- Krakow Marathon this weekend. Easy to find (as long as you know that the street number is the whole block), and entry and exit were simple. Elevator available. Two good sized rooms, everything clean and simple.

Cons:

Nothing to not like, really. A couple of the outlets didn't seem to work, but I didn't really care that much even to say anything. It may have just been a switch somewhere that I didn't find.

To mój drugi pobyt w tym obiekcie. Hotel ma świetną lokalizację (5 minut piechotą do Rynku i przystanku tramwajowego), dobry standard pokoi, dobry stosunek jakości do ceny

Pros:

The check in was very straight forward and we found the property very easily. The location was also perfect! There's a lift, which was super handy because we were on the 3rd floor. The room itself was very spacious

Cons:

The heating situation was a bit of a nightmare. We couldn't regulate the temperature ourselves, there was a dial next to the radiator but moving it did nothing. Whenever we happened to be there during the day, it was uncomfortably hot. The heating was obviously on some sort of a timer, and it was always pretty cold by the time we would get back to go to bed. That would be fine, except that the duvet was very light, it felt like a summer duvet (we travelled in February).

Unfortunately, we also found a dead cockroach in the corner of the room, thankfully we didn't come across any live ones though. The bed was a bit uncomfortable and springy for us too.
