Pros:

El hotel tiene una vista espectacular para desayunar todas las mañanas. El desayuno es variado diariamente y muy agradable.
La atención de Yeraldin es excelente, siempre dispuesta a ayudar y a brindar una muy buena atención.
Aunque el hotel está a unos 15 minutos de Salento, el transporte es muy fácil, ya que el bus pasa justo al frente.
Recomendación: llevar pijamas bien calienticas, ya que en la noche hace bastante frío en la habitación; sin embargo, Yeraldin nos apoyó amablemente con cobijas adicionales.
Sin duda, un lugar recomendado para descansar y disfrutar del paisaje.

Cons:

En nuestro caso no llevábamos vehículo. Aunque el transporte público se consigue con facilidad, representa un gasto adicional.
No es recomendable caminar por la carretera, ya que es angosta y puede tornarse peligrosa.
Por lo tanto, si no se cuenta con carro propio, es necesario considerar el uso de buses para desplazarse a Salento o a cualquier otro destino, lo cual implica un costo adicional.
