Location and WiFi OK.
The room it's cold in February (18-19C). Humidity ~80%. Noise from street traffic. The lock on the room's balcony doesn't work. The shower only has lukewarm water. There is no mirror (there is one in the shared bath, but not in the private! one). There are no hangers at all.
Great location, walking distance from the main avenue , the staff was very friendly and its a very quiet hostal, I would recommend this for someone who wants to rest prior any tour.

Calm and quiet
The location is excellent, very close to the main square, 2 minutes walk, and Elenita the owner is super nice. The cat is lovely. Wifi is good, tv, towels, blankets. The neighborhood is safe and quiet, easy to sleep. I always sleep with my cat at home and that was the best point, the cat.
The bathroom is very really old, need renovation. There is no window in the bathroom and it is not possible to ventilate, the humidity is high, nothing dries. A couple of coat hangers and a glass would be nice.

The staff was very pleasant, I recommend it.
The location of the hotel is perfect, the rooms are quite spacious and everything is clean. Also, the lady who runs the hotel is super sweet and washes your laundry for just a couple of pesos.

The staff were lovely, welcoming and the location was great. Far enough from the main square to not hear the evening noise but also only a few minutes walk.
When we first arrived to check in, we weren't asked what name the booking was made under, just what type of room we had booked. We were then showed to a room and 2 used towels were removed by one of the staff members as we walked in. When I asked whether the room had been cleaned I was assured it had but the bed wasn't made properly and had hairs all in the sheet.
I pointed this out and they said they would change them for when we returned. It was clean when we came back but it didn't give me a great 1st impression of the hostal and it felt disorganised.
The location is excellent. Everything was very clean. The staff is very helpful and kind. The WIFI was pretty good. The was a common fridge that wad useful.
The room is not so comfortable because it is a bit small. It would be nice to have a bigger common area and some basic kitchenware/coffee machine.
Staff is so so friendly and helpful. We arrived super early morning and they let us in to sleep in a common area before our room was ready.
Bed was comfy, everything was clean. Location was awesome! Would definitely recommend and would stay again!
The shared bathroom was quite cramped and water pressure in the toilet was meh but still worked fine.
