座落位置離車站很近，規模不大，整體維護的很不錯，唯獨大廳沒開冷氣，另夜晚房間內大金冷氣竟滴水起來，還好牆面離床鋪有點距離，相信房東會很快處理好，畢竟那麼好的空調沒發揮完美實力有點可惜。

住宿地點距離潮州車站很近，走路10分鐘內可以到。附近還有UBIKE、共享汽機車可以租借交通非常便利。
當天是出差行程，旅店主人提早協助安排房型。非常感謝
